New Cadet - eServices Information

eServices is one of the CAP tools that we all use pretty regularly.  eServices requires a login to be set up.  To set up an account you will need your CAP ID and an email address.  eServices is where all CAP online testing is completed; in order to promote, these tests must be completed.  Cadets can track their promotion progress in eServices, among other things.

To access eServices (bookmark this page): https://www.capnhq.gov --> Click on the Click Here to Register on the right side

Once you've gone through the registration process and log in, click on the burger (the three lines at the top left where it says menu).  Click on the drop down that says Cadet Programs then click on Cadet Online Testing.  The first test is on Leadership.  Leadership information is from the books that are sent from HQ, but PDF files can be found online.  All tests except milestone tests are OPEN BOOK.  You are encouraged to use the online PDFs and the paper books that Civil Air Patrol will send through the mail.  I encourage cadets to use the paper books.  When you're testing, go through and highlight the answers to test questions.  All tests are cumulative.

Please let us know if you have any questions, or if any of us can be of assistance.  You may find Help for New Cadets and How to Earn Your First Stripe to be helpful.
